The following Terms and Conditions must be agreed to in order to participate in UltraBang CASH Affiliate Program (UBC). All Terms and Conditions must be abided by, and are legally binding.

By joining (UBC) you certify you are at least 18 yrs old, or the minimum age required to view adult content in your country/state and that is it legal to promote adult related materials.

1. MARKETING & PROMOTION:

You can promote by any method you so desire with the exception of E-MAIL spamming. Any form of email spamming will result in denial of payment for all generated signups. Acceptable methods of promotion include (but not limited to): TGP, MGP, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), blogging, p2p, popups, exit consoles, etc.

2. CONTENT USAGE:

All content provided by UltraBang CASH must retain the original copyright/url stamp. No alteration of the copyright/url stamp is acceptable Any page displaying content obtained from UltraBang CASH must include links or promotional items for UltraBang CASH websites only. Any account found not to be in compliance will be immediately terminated and and all payments due will be forfeited. To put it simply, please do not steal our content!

3. PAYOUTS:

UltraBangCASH.com is currently paying 50% revenue share for all generated signups. These payouts come in the form of monthly signups ($29.95), multi month signups and initial trials of $9.95 that rebill at $34.95. All payouts are done every week (and on time) via ccbill.

4. TERMINATION:

We reserve the right to terminate any webmaster account at any time for any reason. If you are caught cheating or email spamming, you will forfeit all earnings, including all rebills you may have earned. At the time of this writing we have never cancelled an account and we hope we never do. If you have any question regarding whether your promotion is acceptable, please contact us and we'll gladly let you know. We consider our program pretty liberal - but spamming will simply not be tolerated.
